Comission horses

M and S size horses cost the same amount and the prices are in 4 price groups. The price comes from materials and working hours. XS-ponies are slightly faster to make and take less material so they have their own slightly cheaper prices, also divided into 4 groups.

S AND M SIZE HORSES

group 1: 280€

• a basic horse
• small markings like a star allowed
• basic shadings (mouth/nose and eyes)

group 2: 300€

• one extra special quality allowed such as: inlaid marking on the head (goes over the center piece), flea bitten grey, leopard, other medium shadings, dapple, roan, fjord mane

group 3: 320€

• two special qualities from price group 2 OR INSTEAD one bigger special quality such as simple skewbald or very complicated and large colouring

group 4: starting from 350€

• all skewbalds: please ask for a quote since the price depends on the complexity
• horses that have more than 2 special qualities (also individually priced)
• pricing is based on extra working hours

XS-PONIES

• Price group 1: 200€
• Price group 2: 220€
• Price group 3: 240€
• Price group 4: 260€--> (individually priced)

Same pricegroup "rules" apply as in S and M horses.

SHIPPING: free to EU countries and the UK, outside of EU costs depends on the country but is generally between 25-55€.

For example to the US the shipping for a XS pony would cost 25€ and for a S-M sized horse 55€.

Additionally when ordering from outside of Europe there might be added duties or taxes that are paid by the customer to the government. Please use your country's available resources to estimate the amount.

All horses are shipped with fillings and a special kind of a "travel stick". The stick can be screwed apart and back together. The prices don't include tack. Tack has to be ordered separately.

• Anyone under 18 years old must have permission to order a custom horse. Anyone under 14 years old must have their guardian/parent make the order. The parent has to be aware of the end cost.
• Making an order is a buying decision.
• However if you are not happy with the end result you can communicate that to me and the order can be canceled without any consiquences. If you wish some details to be changed that is still possible too. This requires that the customer communicates before paying and shipping.
• Comissions can be paid through bank transfer or paypal. The payment has to be done in 7 days from sending the invoice. I reserve the rights to sell the horse if the horse is left unpaid by that time. A customer who dissappears in the middle of the ordering process can be banned from ordering again.
• The horse is shipped to you after the payment has arrived.
• If the horse is already paid or shipped returns or refunds are not accepted as it is a custom product.

I won't usually accept orders or be able to start new orders when the line isn't open but you can always try your luck :) I might make exceptions if there is room for an order.

When sending order application please give me the following information:

• Your full name, shipping address, email and phone number (this information is only used for shipping and not saved for other purposes)
• If another person is paying, also their full name and email address (for sending the invoice later)

• mane length, colour and type
• markings
• shadings/colourings
• other? (pictures, drawings etc.)
